ADO Tests Suite is designed to help you develop OLE DB consumers and providers. ATS is an easy-to-use tool that provides a single point of control for automated testing of OLE DB providers. It was designed following the documentation of Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) SDK. The work has started with testing of the SWsoft's PSQL.OLEDB provider. After that, ATS was tested with MS SQL 7.0 and PSQL.OLEDB as linked server. And now it includes more than one hundred tests. The main features of ATS include:Tests source codes are supplied with ATS Simple architecture Powerful library, which comes with ATS, simplifies creation of new ADO tests Dynamic SQL query generation Use of randomized values to increase coverage Saving the test run output to a file or to console in the case of small output (by selection) Setting a breakpoint using MSVC, coupling with debugger Searching within the Output using Your favorite text viewer Easy customizable test suite All configuration setting are done through initialization files and do not require recompilation
