Glider is a J2EE development environment that makes J2EE application development fast and simple, by eliminating development time overhead associated with using a full application server. With Glider, you can code, compile and debug J2EE applications before deploying to your deployment server. Glider includes a built-in EJB container simulator that can be used to quickly test any EJB 1.1 or EJB 2.0 Enterprise JavaBean application. Glider's web container allows you to run JSPs and servlets under the full control of the Glider debugger. An integration with XDoclet is also provided, allowing you to work from a single source file for each EJB and also helps you generate deployment descriptors for any J2EE application server. Glider's Container-Managed Relationship (CMR) Editor provides a high-level view to help you quickly understand and modify relationships between your EJBs.
