ImpulseStudio is a full-featured suite of ActiveX components for Visual Basic with 26 controls and a function/object library. ImpulseStudio puts Visual Basic programmers in control by letting them customize every aspect of its robust user interface controls, which are ideal for easily creating skinnable applications and standard, 2000-style applications. ImpulseStudio also allows developers to manipulate their own programs on a system level and implement multimedia with a high-resolution timer for animation, animated and graphical labels, quick and easy audio (WAV, MIDI, and MP3), buttons and forms of any shape or size, and much more. This update is a maintenance release. Note: ImpulseStudio comes with a free MP3 Player and PlayList controls, as well as a free Console component. While ImpulseStudio works as a full-version product, complete with sample code and documentation, some of the components are not free, and therefore cause a nag screen to be displayed until purchased. The cost of one development license is $179.
