Fargos/Vista is an advanced, transparently distributed, multithreaded, object-oriented application environment that runs on a variety of hardware/operating system platforms. It supports both native and architecture-neutral object code and is oriented toward the rapid development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of robust, secure distributed applications that run in a multinational environment. It includes a secure HTTP server with level two WebDAV support and the demonstration of a Byzantine fault-tolerant shopping cart. This release adds the game, Distributed Starship, IPX-related transports, and SMTP and POP3 servers.
