POPCheck is an application that will tell you how much mail you have in your POP3 mail accounts. You can have as many accounts as you like, with different update frequencies. The program displays the account names and the amount of mail in a compact window. It can also hide itself in the system tray. When new mail arrives, it pops up and can also play a sound (one for each account). When in the system tray the tool tip shows how much mail is in each account.
